Frist charge your battery more then 75%. backup your important Data like Phone-book, message,email,image,and setting and in most cases take out sim card and SD card. after doing hard reset not possible to recover your data, so online backup is always important. for all of your data, a backup should be Done. on a external device, hard drive raid system media or SD card.

STEPS 1: Hard Reset.
1. First turn off the phone by using the Power key

2. Push and hold Volume (+) Home button and power button
3. Push Volume (-) to select "wipe data /factory reset" and press power key

4. Push Volum (-) to select "yes-delete all user data" and press
power key

5. Push the power key to select "reboot system now"
